The Foundation (Seattle, WA) Established in the heart of Seattle’s medical district. We launched our first units with a simple promise: to provide "Housing for Heroes" near major trauma centers like Harborview and Swedish.

Defining the Standard We refined our model to focus exclusively on the traveling professional. We implemented our signature "Move-In Ready" standard: high-speed reliable WiFi, fully stocked kitchens, and sleep-optimized bedrooms.

The Expansion (Arizona) Recognizing the movement of healthcare and tech workers between the Northwest and the Southwest, we expanded operations to Arizona. This allowed us to serve our network of traveling professionals year-round, from the Sound to the Sun.
